3) One child's prescription medication had expired in May of 2024 and another child's prescription medication had a prescription label that was expired and stated 'do not use' after August 2024. The medications are required to be administered according to instructions on the label and thus, cannot be used until current medication and prescription are received. 3)c) The kitchen was left unlocked with the key in the lock and the door ajar for about the first half hour of afternoon program. There are children's medications in ziploc bags that were accessible to children at that time.
